Yeah me too. The Umberger hit might be the most brutal open ice hit I've ever seen.

Man, Mike Richards gave me 15 PIM in one of my league for that hit.

When you post, just wrap [*YOUTUBE] and [*/YOUTUBE] around the link. But only actually paste the direct letters of the youtube video... ie: the one for the Booth hit was http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUNPTXkcxOQ for the entire URL... you only need to paste the XUNPTXkcxOQ between the tags, and it will embed.

The Umberger hit is sick. I have a gif of it somewhere but can't find it. Might have to use that as my sig... and it came from Brian Campbell, too, of all players. Dude's soft like marshmallow.

Umberger kinda has a penchant for getting slamwhammed with hits. Jackets fans gasp whenever he takes a pass up the middle because his head is ALWAYS DOWN.

The RIchards hit was totally clean, too, but they gave him 15PIM anyway.

Here's a good one from last night:

Scuderi should've easily had a clipping penalty on that - hip checks are great, but dude was almost ass-on-the-ground low and could've killed Chimera with it.

Funniest part is that the friggin Kings got a PP out of it. Insanity.

Ovechkin is going to be out for a couple of weeks, according to the Caps. Probably something busted in his shoulder.

Kessel is back tonight.

Gaborik is back.

O'Byrne does not belong on that list, as he sucks.

Leafs have already had both of their goalies on injured reserve. They've lost defenseman Mike Van Ryn for the season.

There are over 100 "NHL regulars" on the IR/injured list right now for various lengths of time, and another 30-50 battling the flu.

That wasn't really that great of a hip check... the reason why he demolished Letowski is because he is literally half a foot taller then him. I didn't want to sound like an idiot before I posted that so I looked it up and it's actually true... McLaren stands at 6'4" and Letowski is 5'10".

And after watching the second clip where the Bruins are up 5-2 with 1:12 left and McLaren high hits Zednik I have absolutely no respect for him.
