The best part to me is that the Leafs are on here five times. Four times, they're getting flattened, and the one time where a Leaf throws a hit, it's by a guy who had a whopping six hits ALL YEAR, so it's not even done by one of the Leafs who knows how to hit.

This is my favourite set of hits from the 06/07 season, though. Atlanta's Garnet Exelby flattens Colorado's Paul Stastny against the boards. Another Avalanche player comes in to try and avenge his teammate, and Exelby lays him out with a hit, too! Then a third Avalanche player comes in, and Exelby knocks him on his ass with another hit! Brilliant!

The second time I saw BTBAM play, Tommy remembered me, so he came up and said hi. He asked if I wanted on guestlist for the show the next night, and I said fuck yeah. So, he asked my name, and I told him Captain Amazing as a joke. Instead of saying, "No, really dude" he just said, "Oh shit, that's awesome, done." Lo and behold, the next night I show up and Captain Amazing is on the guestlist. Huzzah.

Kevin actually saw me hanging out after the show and walked up and said, "OH HEY, it's Captain Amazing, what's up dude"... haha, that's when I decided it would be my board name.

You KNOW that if Bobby Orr's career hadn't been so short, it'd be his stats that people are trying to top, not Wayne Gretzky's.

Anyways, the game still allows for great defense, it's just more rewarding to people with good forward skills. The way Crosby shakes defenders makes people look handicapped a lot of the time.
