vital remains - the trooper... fucking weird
aborted - carnal forge... classic cover
insision - zombie ritual... great track great cover

Some good ones: Decapitated - Mandatory Suicide and Lunatic of Gods Creation
Napalm Death - Nazi Punks Fuck Off (they do some others as well)
Necrophagist - Crystal Mountain

Bad ones, well I can't think of any that really suck.

Emperor's cover of Gypsy is quite good. Problem is that my friend ruined it for me by creating a short film featuring monkeys dancing and air guitaring to it. That has now lead to me laughing whenever I hear the song. :bang:
