On a serious note, I am wondering if McEntee still has 'a lot' of friends these days.. just wonderin' haha

that is if rumors are to be believed.. fuck! the band has only had close to the same number of line up changes as Napalm Death.. but then again ND hasn't written the 'same' album in a while either.. nuff said.. sorry, lol..

Yeah, if you read the write up for that preview you'll see Alex mentioning that Xurroth is unlike any other song on the album.

For those of you in SoCal, Goreaphobia will be playing next month at The Gathering of the Bestial Legion in L.A. at the Proud Bird.

The lineup:

Autopsy
Incantation
Acheron
Goreaphobia
Ares Kingdom
Divine Eve
Grave Ritual
Infinitum Obscure
Sanguis Imperem
HOD
+more

stream of the whole album here

definitely not digging this. Mortal Repulsion was quite a bit better, darker and groovier (and when it did groove, it didn't lose its dark edge). this has only a few good tracks, while the rest are way too upbeat, thrashy or even punkish (thankfully, nothing approaches that dreadful Xurroth blablalba), and that surf-rockish feel of White Wind Spectre made me chuckle. all in all, i'm glad i didn't preorder this

agreed, would have liked more in the vein of the first demo. this just doesn't appeal to me in death metal.
