Synesis Absorption (Steve Digiorgio on bass and Mike Smith on drums)

This could make for an awesome band, they've recorded with a couple of singers, I don't really know much else about what's going on with them.

Sounds like the band has potential.

This is a newer track, only other one listed on metal archives. Not bad but I kind of hate the effect they have on the bass, and Robbe K's vocals aren't my favorite.

This guy must have a lot of cash to hire Robbe, Mike Smith, Steve Digiorgio, and Joe Haley...

That bass solo was sick. Anyone know if an album will be recorded soon?

Here's an update from April
SYNESIS ABSORPTION was created in late 2009 by Miloš Batocanin (DISDAINED), who had an idea to start a brutal death metal band in Serbia. While working as a one-man band for almost a year, this project then ceased to exist since it was impossible to find a steady lineup for live performances. All the material which was recorded was never released. A short time later, however, the project was resurrected when Mike Smith (SUFFOCATION) agreed to record the drums for the band's new material. Since then, Steve DiGiorgio (SADUS) took over the bass and Robbert Kok (DISAVOWED) became the band's lead vocalist.

SYNESIS ABSORPTION's music is described in a press release as "a mixture of brutal/technical death metal with a slight touch of modern math metal along with some experimental/ambient passages."

The band is currently working on material for its full-length debut.

SYNESIS ABSORPTION recording lineup:

Robbert Kok (DISAVOWED) - Vocals
Miloš Batocanin (DISDAINED) - Guitars/Vocals
Steve DiGiorgio (SADUS) - Bass
Michael Smith (SUFFOCATION) - Drums

It doesn't really sound like RobbeK in the (first) finished song to me.

Music sounds badass, but I am so sick of oversampled drums you have no idea.

Is it a crime to just throw a microphone on a drum these days?

Agreed, but probably not as expensive as you'd think. Although, not sure why you'd shell out the cash to hire Mike Smith if you're just going to toss the original drums and sound replace the entire kit anyways. Might as well have saved the cash and just programmed it all to begin with. But good on Mike for getting paid for the work.

That bitch aside, the music is pretty damn killer.

I'm not expecting to get my mind blown on this. I'll give it a spin once it comes out.
