I'm sure they do alright on all of those Euro fests/tours, but I also imagine that a lot of it goes right back into it. Their houses don't look incredible, but how much does a person really need? He should get pics of the rest of Auburn, NY. It all looks like that.

You really need to see Auburn to get why housing costs are down so low. Any time I've been to upstate NY it was rather depressing to see all of the run down industry that is no longer in business.
