Actually....I think I might get another bottle when I have the money. Even though I drank it last night, I still have a little bit of the stout's taste in my mouth and it's sort of changing my mind on not buying it. Hmm. And if they have it, I'll get a bottle of that Corsendonk Abbey Pale Ale.

when youre almost done pouring it sideways slowly, you turn the glass up and pour it in the middle to give it a bigger head. just do it where theres still room for it to rise, i usually shake the last bit to get the settlement at the bottom of the bottles thats left over sometimes. makes it good.

Don't want it to get too warm.

Yeah, I knew I should turn it. Though, I was just a bit tired and wasn't paying attention to it. I'll try to remember doing that in upcoming vids.

Actually, you kinda do. The beer changes with warmer temperatures, allowing you to taste a different side of it.

Holy shit. This is amazing, I've yet try a double IPA above 8.5% that hasn't been too sweet, but this one is awesome. Really lives up to it's name. My palate is fucked; by far the most bitter and over the fucking top IPA I've had recently, perhaps ever. The IBUs have to be well over 120. I bought a 4 pack last night and had one, my tongue feels like it was scalded by piping hot coffee or something STILL. Hop Heads: TRY THIS FUCKER NOW!

I've tried this at Hamilton's(the bar for which this brew was made for), and I was dissapointed. It was too sweet/malty for my liking. But, I've heard that its definitely a different beer on tap than what it is in a bottle, so we'll see how it goes when i get my hands on some of this.

I bought a bottle of St. Sebastiaan's Golden since I saw it in that pic. I thought it was okish, but not something I would probably buy again.

Philadelphia is the East Coast beer capital with probably the best distribution in the country. Last I checked Philly is the only non-west coast place Russian River distributes too. So I'm looking for west/central breweries with limited distribution, ideally looking for sours.

On the subject on Pliny, you won't get it outside of the CA area since they insist on it being drank right after bottling and don't distribute it widely outside of kegs getting shipped to high end craft bars in Philly.

New belgium makes very good sours.

Yeah, I hear their "Lips of Faith" 22 oz series is quite decent. Every beer I've tried by them has been very lackluster.
