I was thinking the same thing, but with dredg, and the diversity of their songs, I guess anyone can have highpoints and weakpoints.

Gathering Pebbles and Cartoon Showroom are definitely strongpoints for me though. I think my only weakpoint is Saviour, and it's a good song, especially live.

When I had seen Dredg a few months ago, they had played Saviour live and it was fantastic. I remember afterwards one guy kept yelling, "Play Saviour!!", "Play Saviour Again!", "Do nothing but play Saviour!". It was pretty funny, hah.

gathering pebbles isn't bad. its just the "waitttt for meeee" part is so cringe inducing. yeah cartoon showroom still isn't doing it for me. its just boring and the "keep moving onward' line is horrible. the way he sings in it just doesn't work for me. the song doesn't go anywhere.

They filmed an I Don't Know video too. Apparently it's much more artsy and weird.

Listened to the album about 6 times through since picking it up yesterday and it has grown on me massively since first hearing the leak. I'm really really starting to love it a lot.

Did you get it from Best Buy? If so, anything come with it? I noticed that best Buy occassionally throws in some small thing as a bonus with some CD's.
