Prog. Death Metal Band in NY Searching For Drummer

Hey, my band is looking to get started up again & find the right members to make things gel so we can start practicing, more collaborative writing, recording & ultimately playing shows & taking it as far as we can. As of now we're 2 friends, we both write lyrics, play guitar & do vocals. We have about 3 songs that we're still working on & tweaking, etc. & tons of other material to work with. We have our own sound. We mix the sub-genre's of death metal to create something new, we have a progressive sound - Think; the Atheist, Death, Opeth, old At the Gates (with fear I kiss the burning darkness) Mixed with a lot of Technicality & Brutal influences - Nile, Suffocation, Decapitated, Necrophagist, Morbid Angel & Severed Savior (a newer brutal/tech. band from CA, really good, original stuff) & Our sound has a strong sense of melodic playing, not so much 'melodic death metal' but we incorporate a lot of harmonies into our riffs - Black Dahlia Murder & At the Gates, & the Vocals (especially my vocals I would compare to those 2 bands, Trevor Strnad & Tomas, often using high screaming as opposed to just growls) Mixed with more David Vincent or Frank Mullen Guttural growls. Musically, We just want to make some pure, honest, innovative, original, intense, soulfully good fucking Death metal. Harnessing elements from everything we like. We're musically diverse & take influence from many different genre's. We're looking for Drums & Bass, What we really want in a drummer is someone who can be brutal & intense Like George Kollias (Nile), Mike Smith (Suffo), Shannon Lucas (TBDM), Vitek (Decapitated), Sandoval(Morbid Angel), Etc. While also being progressive, utilizing more than just blasts & double bass, Like Steve Flynn (Atheist), Brann Dailor (Mastodon), Gene Hoglan (Death), Martin Lopez (Opeth) & so on. In a Bassist we want someone into the technical/progressive aspect as well. We're not into deathcore, flakes, hired guns, trendy shit, beginners, joining any established bands(I'm sorry, but I dont want to join your band), or racist shit, either, Please.
