Call this a fanfic, or a remix, or whatever you want. But it's none of those. I just am getting fucking sick of BTBAM forgetting to put track markers in their songs so I made The Great Misdirect a little "Alaskafied"

And by that i don't mean i remastered it to have terrible tone.

I just separated the album into the amount of tracks it should have been in. Oh, and took out all the material of the album that didn't fit into it at all. (aka Desert)
That was the only big change, along with some little transitional tweaks. Oh, and I rearranged the ending of the album to have a little more closure as i have heard a lot of complaints that it ends in a tentative state (even though that's the point) So you can finally listen to the album and rest in peace at the end of it.

I had to name all the new tracks, and I could have been like Tommy and made up a bunch of names like "Seafoam Race Part BII: The Silent Clam of Nothing" and "Sealkies and Croakshoes" and "Forwards Moonwalkathon" and whatever-the-fuck else but I didn't wanna be a faggot and take away from what the album was creatively speaking as I kinda took this seriously. So instead i just used as much of the ACTUAL titles as i could and then brought in prominent lyrics to fill in the gaps.

Point is, if you liked the real album, you might like this a lot MORE and might find yourself saying "holy SHIT, this album is WAY better than i even remembered!" because it's hard to remember very much awesome shit when it's all buried in a 15 minute block of spazz-ass material.

Lemme know if you hate it or love it! And let me know if you want me to post "Alaska Revisited" (get it?) but I warn you.. Alaska Revisited is ridiculous... it's like 20 songs that are all even shorter than the Alaska songs were. I kind of just did it for fun so I was more liberal with my "creativity" on it haha.

In the works are "Hues", "The Quiet Carnival" and "Between the Living and You" so lemme know what you want first unless you think i'm a fucking faggot with a gay first post and then i'll just leave lol

I think changing a bands material around so it isn't the way the band intended is such a good idea. Can you re-do Emmure's "Felony" too?

^Actually, I'm really interested in hearing what you did, when I get home from work, I'll be sure to download it and do just that. I do think the best way to listen is the way the band intended, otherwise I feeling like I'm not picking up what their putting down, however, this seems real interesting for shits and giggles. I never hyped it up like it wasn't gonna be... Like i said i did little to nothing to the actual music i just put more track dividers in basically. It's nothing special guys but think of how fucking gay it would be if i would have actually changed shit around a lot.. so considering the parameters at hand i consider this being a waste of time a compliment.

Besides, in my opinion, waiting 13 minutes to get to an awesome part in swim to the moon is a waste of time... rofl.
