I had a blast watching the 1st dvd- but seriously I need to be convinced to pre-order. Last years pre-orders were sent out like 6 months late. They were for sale at MDF last year and it still took another few months or whatever to get mine in the mail after MDF was over. I was also promised a complete Sigh set on dvd for my trouble and that never showed up. Also I think I was supposed to get a t-shirt- also a no-show. That said, the footage for MDF II looks cool- hope you guys do well with it. I'll probably be waiting to buy mine at the fest though.

sorry dude...the dvds got stuck in the states at customs, i live in canada, so there were a whole bunch of people who got their dvds super late...I extended an offer to anyone of those people who had to wait so long that I'd give them a copy of this year's dvd for free.

it was our first year making and selling the discs, and i'm a one-man operation so there were some learning curves for sure.

hit me up at info@handshakeinc.com and we can straighten it all out.

I wouldn't have offered a t-shirt because I'm not involved with those, but I'm sure we can work something out.

That song is stuck in my head whats the name of it and artist playing it? Fuck I wish I could go this year. I'm living like a college kid again. Can my burrito or sandwhich be lunch and dinner so I have beer money for the show? Ugh Best thing going this summer looks like slaughte rby the water near San Francisco.....for me at least. Oh and is anyone else frothing at the mouth over the Hellfest lineup? Fucking hell that lineup is killing monsterous fucking vile putrid sweetness.

So this DVD still kinda sucks. Improvement on the 1st but not really enjoying it.
Problems:
1 - Autopsy didn't play day 1
2 - From Ashes Rise didn't play day 2

Those were the glaring issues I noticed. Might be more but overall I'm not really impressed. The interviews are fucking awful. So far I'm happiest that I see myself and my fiancee walk by while Eli from Relapse is interviewed. At least I got a free Enemy Soil DVD out of it.

I'm not done yet but yeah..kinda regretting my purchase. Sorry. I gave it a shot.

Another annoyance: Horrible cuts. As songs haven't fully ended it'll cut away, sometimes it cuts away as bands are speaking..its really bad.
Congrats on the well made trailer though. You fooled me.

I got an email yesterday about how they were defective and they are having them remade. If you contact handshake you can get a refund, or they will send you the new one when it comes in.
