I wonder if any one got information about the next:
1. Suffocation´s video game?
2. The dvd release date?
3. And the comic book?
Hopefully that merchandise is still cooking for all the collectors’ fans. The new cd is amazing!

" Suffocation News from Extreme Management Group.
2009 is shaping up to be Suffocation's most exciting and successful year to date! Not only are they celebrating the 20th anniversary of their first release, Re-Incremation, but we
all are excited to announce that in the spring of 2009, Suffocation is expected
to release the much anticipated DVD, which has been 20 years in the making.

In addition, Suffocation's Blood Apocalypse Tour 2009 begins March 14th. They are
looking forward to hitting the road with such brutal supporting acts as, White
Chapel, Decrepit Birth, Veil of Maya & Psycroptic.

After months of writing and working in the studio, their newest CD "Blood Oath" is being recorded and expected to have a release date of May/June 2009. Suffocation is psyched to be co-headlining the Summer Slaughterfest, in both the US and Europe. Afterwards, they are off to Japan, Australia and all of the other oversees countries they
have not hit in a while. A list of extensive tour dates will be announced.

Suffocation is also expected to possibly perform at a few shows at Ozzfest. We
will keep you posted. Keep an eye out for Suffocations upcoming video game which

Suffocation Comic: Will may be written by Stan Lee or Todd McFarlane, then story is about why Frank cut off his hair and became street fighter in NY.

Suffocation game: Frank gonna fight with other Death Metal vocalists like George from CC, Bill from Decrepit Birth, Matti Way, Lord Worm, Glen Benton etc...

as far as i know the video game will be a first person shooter game, hopefully a bonus cd into the dvd ...it would be cool something like "killzone"

and the comic book... i´ve no idea. something like "Spawn" would be great too...

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but games like that cost a fortune to design/produce, I highly doubt Suffocation has the finances for that. I expect something in the vein of "Ed Hunter" or that rail-shooter Aerosmith game of old, "Revolution X".

Curious about the DVD though...

Yes man, you got right... those games are for huge video games industries. that´s why i said maybe a bonus cd into the dvd. with the video game and a lot of unreleased level songs would be great.
something basic but killer like the earlys "doom".

And, I was thinking about the game.

The game may be based on the story of a monster which is appeared in Human Waste cover and self-titled album as well, then a man who is a hunter go to kill that.

If Suffo guys make song for the game, it's gonna be great.

Yes man, unreleased songs just for the game would be great...
to be honest (or dreamer maybe), but a full video game like the pro industries would be excellent to promove the band into a new generation of kids.
like "Guitar hero" and "metallica and aerosmith" did... also Earache Records has a video game.
i mean an amazing video game gets new fans worldwide, and of course with new songs and extras like wallpapers or something.
is expensive but is a fan magneto. (i believe so...)
