Classical Recordings
 
Similar to the Jazz album of the week thread, here's one to post your favorite Classical recordings. My knowledge of classical music is somewhat limited, so I welcome any of you guys to post more albums, but I'll try to post 1 or 2 recordings a week.

Claude Debussy - Suite Bergamasque (performed by Claudio Arrau)

One of the definitive pieces of impressionist music, and it has the famous "Clair de Lune" but each movement is wonderful in its own right. Recorded on piano by Claudio Arrau, its only 24 minutes long, so its well worth a listen at least once.

Debussy is awesome, I have La Mer, Prélude a L'apres Midi d'un Faune and his first quator op10 which is excellent as well. I'll upload those right now (on cds, not on my computer).

edit : haha yeah that's a lot of Chopin, I have all of his Nocturnes which is enough music already.
