Eh, it's as simple as 1,2,3... as described on this page:

To order online just follow these steps:
1)E-mail us at orders@flomounier.com to submit your order and include the shipping address.
2)We will e-mail you an invoice via Paypal, you will simply have to click a link in that e-mail to make the payment.
3)The merchandise will be shipped once the payment is confirmed.

If it's too complicated you can also order by mail, the info are on the same page.

For the moment it's going to be via his web site exclusively, some stores should sell it later on, I can't confirm anything at this point. For sure it's going to be available on the next Cryptopsy tours and where Flo will be doing drum clinics.

You must have got your invoices early this morning, I think that the «orders department» wasn't prepared for such a huge amount of orders simultaneously. They should send invoices and ship DVDs every 1 or 2 days normally. Don't worry, your DVD will be on it's way on November 15th...

Please go to a post office near you, buy an envelope that will protect correctly a DVD, put any DVD (with the case!) in that enveloppe and ask them how much it costs to ship it to Montreal. Then calculate the total.

Yes, you can pay by credit card as mentionned:

We use the Paypal Email Payments method for online orders. Paypal accepts all major forms of payment: You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or by PayPal account balance.

You don't need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

By «E-mail sent» I mean that I sent your order to the people in charge and included your e-mail address. You'll get your invoice by e-mail as soon as they'll get back from Toronto, where Flo's doing a drum clinic this weekend. You'll probably get this invoice Monday morning, you'll just have to pay via Paypal and include your shipping address while doing so.

That's it, I don't know why you couldn't e-mail at orders@flomounier.com but I made sure that the e-mail I sent with your e-mail address got to them so don't worry you'll get your invoice.

My DVD arrived yesterday.. it's mind-blowing. Flo's sticking technique is just so odd, it's impossible to imitate. Blasting with the fingers is not something I have practiced (until now). He's also really fast on his Eliminators (which I've never been able to get speed on), and his cowbell pedal is cool too.

Mine arrived yesterday and took 13 "working days" (Monday was a public holiday here though) to arrive ... prompt reply and delivery so highly recommended.

Watched disc 1 (instructional) and I'm about half way through disc 2 (performances), haven't checked out the DVD-ROM content yet either ... excellent work Flo and crew!
