i remember getting the original arsis demo that was passed out at a local opeth show. i was blown away, i never expected something so good to ever come out of virginia. my very first arsis show was at pallettes outer banks with beaten back to pure, which i think was the show that got them connections to willowtip. remember that show mike?

please do some more local shows once you start touring.

Cool man, glad you like the demos! "Fortunes Envy" is actually now called "The Promise of Never" and it's the last track on the new ep - we always liked that song, and the only difference now is that it has new lyrics and it's a little faster than the demo version.

We have a final album that we owe Willowtip before we can move on, so we're going to record an 8-song cd this January and that will be out probably by spring I'd imagine. Once that's out, we're hoping to start fresh with a new label and tour like crazy for a while.
