Any jewel-case copies yet?The first 3000 European copies are digi's, so if you want a jewel-case version, it's best to order it from the USA, from The End for instance, for only $11 + some postage (not much).

Postage from The End is $4 for 1-2 items, then $2 per item after that (well, last time I checked). Extremely cheap.

I bought one on ebay from a guy for $6,50 (buy it now) and just $3,50 postage! Oh and by the way, I asked and the booklet comes with lyrics, so the ones without lyics are only the non-European promo versions then I guess..
