How are the new member coming along?

Can you tell us a little bit about the new members like how many years of experience hey have and what kind of work have they done in the past. I went to your webpage and are not familiar with the new bassist and guitarist. Anyway, I hope everything will turn out great for you and the band.

Yeah, the new members are coming along very well. Mike, the new guitarist is really fast at picking up my material. Risha, the new bass player, was in Decrepit Birth before Derek Boyer joined the band, so we are already comfortable working with one another. Before joining the band they were in a local Santa Cruz band called Ligature. These guys have been good friends over the years, and I am very happy to be working with them. They both have a very professional outlook on being in the band and I expect them to be permanent members for years to come. We have been receiving a lot of emails from potential drummers, but Derek, our old bassist turned us on to this kid from Illinois, who seems to have huge potential, we will see how things go with that in the near future, I'll be sure to keep everyone posted. I'm very sure that you will see other members of Decrepit Birth posting on this forum soon.

Matt is an awesome musician and a great teacher. I'm proud to be back in Decrepit Birth and am stoked to have my good friend Mike now in the band also. Mike is a very talented guitar player, he and I had a band during the time that Derek was playing with Matt, so I knew before we worked on the first riff that we would all click well. We are working hard on getting ATB down tight and awaiting a drummer to step into our studio. I look forward to helping shape the future of Decrepit Birth, my passion lies in playing brutal music with such creative minds like Matt, Bill and Mike. \m/
