I never knew for sure, but I swear I always thought after the first guy says "Get off me you bastard." The second one says, "Why did you ask for the war?" But now that I hear it it probably is, "I kick ass for the lord."

It's definately I kick ass for the lord. Although the line is probably most famous from the priest kung-fu'ing zombies in Dead Alive, the context of the sample is different. Same line, but derived from a different source I guess.
