Are the mighty Blood Red Throne still together? Have you found a replacement for Mr Hustler and your awsome ex-drummer?
I hope so. I love BRT.

Hehe yeah, we are still holding together. We`ve actually done 3 shows with the new line up and according to long time fans who saw BRT live on several occassions, this is the best line up so far.

We played very recent - at the Hole in the Sky festival (Nile; Obituary, Behemoth, etc) in Bergen (Norway) and we are looking forward to the November tour.

Well that's good news! I was hoping to hear something like that. I'd like to hear some of the new Obituary....
I've always loved that band. I saw them on their End Complete tour back in the day with Cannibal Corpse and Malevolent Creation. One of my favorite shows.
If you don't mind me asking, how's Earache being with you guys? Any talk of a North American tour at all?

I'm not sure of the year. The show I was at included Agnostic front, which I'm not a fan of, but it was still a good drunken time. We slammed beers in that back of some alley and a fucking rat the size of a terrier ran by our legs. It was nuts.

Good. I like Obituary the way they are/were. (Mostly Cause of deathish more than the later stuff)

Sad that Hustler left the band, but I cant wait to hear the new guy. What kind of voice does he have? Is it similar to Hustler?

Stoked to see you guys in Denmark. You're objectively one of the best, most solid deathmetal acts in the scene right now. When you come around here, will you allow us to buy you beers and talk to us after the show and that kind of shit?

Just wanted to pop in and say that "Altered Genesis" is, in my opinion, the album of the year. Keep kicking severe amounts of arse, BRT!

IMO, I prefer Altered Genesis to the new nile. Just my opinion. I get so sick of 3 minute solos, song after song.... I'm REALLY looking forward to the new Vile CD, due out on the 18th of October!

The new Vile is pretty decent (it leaked a couple of weeks ago). BRT's latest effort kicks it into touch, however. As for the new Nile, it's one of the biggest disappointments of 2005 for yours truly - it sounds uninspired and dull for the most part. Huge letdown, keeping in mind how great the first three were (especially their debut).

A LOT of very good to great records have been released in 2005 - I'm going to compile a list of the very best of '05 soon. I'm also looking forward to the new Severe Torture and the new 1349.
