New forum up and running.
Element are finishing up writing the final song for our, as of yet untitled debut album on Brutal Bands (http://www.brutalbands.net).
Recording of the album will be in October at Legions Studios, with Matt Sotelo. Drummer extraordinaire, KC Howard of Odious Mortem (http://www.odiousmortem.com) and Decrepit Birth (http://www.decrepitbirth.com) will be performing drum tracks on the album. Thanks for stepping up to the plate, bro!!!
Artwork and layout will be done by technical director at Pixar Studios and metal fan, Neil Blevins. Check out his work at www.neilblevins.com (http://www.neilblevins.com). We feel that his vision will work perfectly with the sci-fi lyrical concepts of the band.
Mason is endorsed and having his custom 7-string axe built by Wayne Schlegel Guitars. Pics will be up when completed.
New website layout, should be done, later this week. Hear a sample of what to look forward to on the CD. Kronor VII (http://www.elementdeath.com/kronor.mp3)

Will there be vox on this? Our new vocalist Pat Norbeck. He sounds similar to Corpsegrinder.

Hey Mason - cool to see you guys have a forum up here! Can't wait to hear the full length when it's done. I'm curious to check out your new custom guitar too. Thanks to KC again for helping these guys out - greatly appreciated - his help makes it possible to record as scheduled, and gives some great drum playing for the CD.

Almost done with the last song. I've been sick as hell with some viral infection or something, for the past two months. The anti-biotics I've taken, haven't worked. I'm going tomorrow back to the doctor to get a chest x-ray and some new drugs.
In the meantime, I stayed home from work today and worked on the song. I have to just finish up the ending and that's it. Even though I feel like shit, I got something accomplished.

That shit is all silly. They are on a level that would take me ten more years of pure dedication to reach. Still blown away every time I hear Focus.

Killer newz indeed (regarding the new album) and it's good to see Element on the board as well!
Just a curious question for Mason (or anyone else who might know): I thought "dude" - ex-ST - was doing the drum work??? Not that I'm disappointed in the least - KC is a fucking monster behind the kit!

Not that I'm disappointed in the least - KC is a fucking monster behind the kit! Dave is moving back to Seattle with his family and trying to regroup his thoughts. WIsh he could have done the drum work for the album. Hell of a nice guy and a talent on drums. But KC is the man. Totally helping us out. I know he will lay down the onslaught.

Thanx for the update! Mmm, that's too bad (regarding the low-down on Dave), but I have no doubt KC will fucking crush on the recording!
