The completely re-vamped Detonation website is online! All credit to Otto for all the time and effort. Not everything is finished yet, but things will become more complete in the coming weeks/months.

tell Otto he can ditch the padding-bottom from this part of the style/style.css

unless of course he intentionally wants a huge blank gap at the bottom of every page...

ok so it shortens the page when the page is empty/nearly empty... there is other ways to fix that which don't create an extra 1000px of empty space at the bottom of every page

EDIT:

replace:

padding-bottom: 1000px;

with:

min-height:1000px;

does more or less the same, but doesn't leave as big a gap... :D

the difference (as you could imagine) between those two is: the current one ADDS 1000pixels at the bottom of the screen, and my suggestion only makes sure that part should be a MINIMUM of 1000pixels including any content.

Aha! Same here actually, but when i read the word 'gap' I was thinking of somehting like you posted above from Otto's screen, something like a white open space beneath the actual site.

I think the site looks too 'business-like'. I think there are too many links, some of them could surely be embedded. For example, there could be 'members', and then 'band members' and 'crew members' and also 'band members' members'!
