My girlfriend and me went there and 'twas the fucking best live experience I've ever seen. It was the third time I saw mayhem live, but it's never been as intense as that gig. very small, about 100 or 200 people maybe, and believe me, there's no second band that has got such an excellent live performance, incredible. (perhaps except for maniac at times...). anyway, afterwards we got to know hellhammer, he was really kinda nice, offered us drinks etc. and offered us to come with them on the tour bus to hamburg for their next gig. unfortunately we were too fucking drunk so we couldn't, and unfortunately I don't remember hardly anything due to lots of jägermeister... but one thing is for sure: there's no band that after twenty(!!) yrs. of pure fucking armageddon still manages to bring that kind of intensity and musical precision onto the stage.
and remember one thing...: MAYHEM is all about music, ideology is for the masses, is bm for the masses...??
