It wouldn't work. You're talking about taking a part of one person's skin, the largest organ of the human body, and replacing it with someone else's. Beyond the problem of blood typing correctly, the human body would most likely reject something grafted onto it from someone else. The amount of anti-biotics the patient would need to take would completely screw up their immune system.
More likely, a new vagina could be crafted out of skin grafts from the patient's own body. You couldn't recreate the sensitivity of the clitoris, but at least it would look okay.
