Unfortunately, Alchemist has disbanded due to finding Jesus. They are probably really psyched about something, and want all their loyal fans to know that they are praying for them. It's been a great 12 years on the road, and they appreciate the dozens of fans they would like to have had. Thanks,

Alchemist have not found jesus , site has been updated, new album record in june 2006, Alchemist tour aussie , in oct /nov for the Embryonics release.

Of course, ALCHEMIST found Jesus! I mean, that's how my e-mail-address starts. And actually we found each other a long time ago - in a spiritual sense! But we really met only last October. And I strongly hope we'll stay in touch!

Nah, the lads aren't scheduled to find Jesus for at least another 25 years yet. When their last CD is long forgotten, and the band's reduced to playing support gigs for Air Supply at the Canberra RSL, their management will finally announce that the last surviving satanic heavy metal band has finally 'found Jesus' and their music will feature on late night talkback radio, with a 'best of' release especially for the KMart $9.99 special bin.

I reckon there's at least another 25 years worth of great music before that happens, don't you?

Hey fishboy, thanx a lot for sharing the story behind your name. I haven't seen that movie, yet. But now I finally have a reason thanx to you. I mean, I can't always rent only Russ Meyer-movies, can I? ;-)
