got a picture to post on here...in need VERY CLEAR BASIC instructions on how to do it....no complicated shit...cheers.

you can only post a picture if it's hosted on a site, if it is, all you do is:

[*img]http://www.blahblahblah.jpg/gif/etc[*/img]

just remove the *'s and include the url of the picture.
