thats a nice selection. are cbt and sanitys dawn well known in the australian scene or do only a few people know them?
i only know two australian bands: warsore (of course) and bicepta saurus

CBT and Sanitys Dawn are huge here! We have a pretty big grind scene/following in Australia.

You might know an Australian grind band here that did a split with Sanitys Dawn, Fuck... I'm Dead.

The split 7" (F.I.D & S.Dawn) is good! 1100 were pressed; 100 on white vinyl, 1000 on black vinyl. It's a really good split, you should see if you can get it anywhere.

I know alot of german grind bands like Gomorrha, Jack Slater, Cunt Grinder, Depression, and Lay Down Rotten but the ones ive met were Meatknife, Human Bloodfeast, and Infecdead. Did shows with them also. kick ass bands. Did some bong shit with meatknife too hehe.

Y split up last year, but members of Y now playing in "solid decline". they share a 7" with strong intention.

does anybody know "cyness"? also with Y-members. i heard they are recording some songs for a sound pollution release.

gommorah are/were a very good german grind band, best release
by them is their split with HELLCHILD, but I don't know if that is still available (probably not). Stack were also very good german grind , there is a discography available on scorched earth policy.: :

i think stack don´t play grind, but they are very good. they split up too. i saw there last live performance in mannheim last year, awesome.

I'm currently selling one of their tapes (GRINDNANZA promo) and an intense hammer rage demo at ebay (look for seller marytailor!) because I'm actually only into black metal...

the only grind bands that I really like myself are haemorrhage and japanische kampfhörspiele (check their website in the thread somewhere above!). these guys fucking rule...

Talking of north european grind acts, how do you people fancy the scandinavian grind-scene?! And I don't just mean Nasum and Gadget. Sweden's digital dødsmaskin are awesome, and I just encountered my first danish grindband: Blasphemia Casualis, who mix and match electro-grind, freaky breakdowns and movie-samples...very funny stuff. Check hxcmp3 for sounds...

It's great, especially in Sweden there are many good grind bands. In Finland the scene is not so strong, but of course there are some good grind groups here, as well. Norway and Denmark then? No fucking idea.

Yup, it's funny stuff...pretty sure the quote is from Carpenter's "They Live", but I'm not certain...There's another danish band, name of "Strap On" who are pretty good to. Both bands have profiles at www.soundvenue.com where they constantly add tracks. Blasphemia Casualis are going at like one a week! I know nothing of finnish grind, thanks for the link...
