I guess they thought we were going to do this tour, but despite the promoter still selling us on the package, we're are definitely NOT on the tour with Malevolent Creation and Origin.
Instead, we opted to do a six week tour with Mortician. It's still getting booked, but this will be a big national tour, hitting states and cities we've never been to before. More info will be on our site as it develops.

ahaha, Mortician are fucking awful. And I don't know about other markets, but no one in their "hometown" crowd even sticks around for them.

The line-up for this tour is serioulsy just horrid. Whatever though, I get to see Impaled with Aborted/Leng Tch'e. That'll be awesome.
If this tour comes to NYC, I'll just leave after Impaled.

Thank you for appreciating Mortician. I will not be pig-headed about it though. I understand why people hate moritician, but as said earlier; different strokes.

Here's the deal.
The booker we usually work with is the one putting on the Mortician tour. We've done shows with Wil and crew before, and they've been nice. They also tour a lot and have a solid shows.
Malevolent is a fine band, but they don't seem to have that much buzz since their hiatus, and it would've meant working with a new booker, who we're not familiar with.
Also, the Mortician tour is a good six weeks, versus a month... also, the Mortician tour we play as direct support, whereas the Malevolent tour we would have been playing second at a price that quite honestly wouldn't have paid for gas between shows. It was kind of insulting.
There ya go. See ya'll in the fall.
Dammit... this is Ross, by the way, on Anne's computer in Providence. I'm too hungover to actually switch screen names.

w0rd, I'm sure you guys made the best decision finacially/career wise, which is fine. Just sucks that the better tour (for you guys) happens to be with horrible bands, lol.

You guys should beat the shit out of one of the bands on Gigantour, wear their skins, and tour with Megadeth.
