Well, this title of enthroned from their last opus "Xes Haereticum" is pretty "confusing" : I've noticed some little details like :
- Sabathan shares vocals with Nornagest (actually Norna sings more than sabathan whatever...) but the axeman got a better voice there than his lead singer (confusion number 1)
- The lyrics are abviously very personal hard to get (confusion number 2)
- " the kiss of the wolf sat my heart of fire..." from the hateful enthroned sounds pretty emotional (confusion number 3)
- Slayer alike riffs, mixed with pure enthroned and a bit of dissection in places ( amazing!! but confusion number 4)!
Now some poeples down there will certainly ask why I started a thread just for that...well I think this track is simply fantastic one of the best ever composed in the whole history of BM may it be for the music, feeling and at least the title fits 1000% the lyrics and the whole package!
a masterpiece in it's own, and congratulation Nornagest for the vocal work, It makes me more curious to find the demo of Plague!
