How does it the North-American version of the CD look like? Any special packaging?

No special packaging, just a regular jewel case. I have a friend who burned me a copy a few weeks ago, and I think I have had enough time to safely say in my opinion this is thier best release so far.:)

Impaled cd arrived at work yesterday (I work in a cd store), seemingly in a slipcase.

Anything special with the slipcase edition? Didn't yet have the time to check it all out in detail.

Nevertheless, Impaled records sell well over here in Belgium, haha. At least in our store they do.

The European version has the slipcase that got screwed up in the printing process by no fault of ours. That gold should be bright... they don't know what happened, but *sigh* already printed like 5000 of those things.

Other than that, there's no differences, save like one font I forgot to load to send to Europe.

Oh wait... there are five copies of the American version that come with a gold ticket so you winners can tour our mansion and hear songs sung by Oompa Loompas. Yeah, that's it.
