Today I was standing in line, and a guy came and stood right behind me. I could feel him breathing so fucking close to me. When he talked I could feel his voice in my hair.
And he didn't seem to be doing this on purpose, trying to be a dick or anything. It was just his normal disposition.

I am not racist either, but i've had reasons to be, I guess. I guess I also wouldn't like it if someone judged me right off the bat, but hey, people will any way. They have, and they do, and they always will.
I've had black people treat me right away as if I already hated them, and then try to treat me like I owe them something. I've had a mexican guy playing with his dick while I was selling him jeans. I've also had white men try and treat me as if I were inferior as a human, being a female. These are only few examples,,, But why hate one group of people, when we are all the problem?
Racism is a product of taking certain similar characteristics of people, and putting them in all in a group. I think if everyone treated each other as they'd like to be treated it would be an entirely different story. But then we wouldn't be human.

I hate elitist metalheads. I don't see why people can't just accept the fact that people have differing tastes. If I don't care for a band, I never say that the band sucks. It simply doesn't do it for me. The band isn't doing anything wrong; it's kind of arrogant of me to say that because the band isn't pleasing me with their music, they are inferior artists. I think all art is valid; some appeals to me, and some doesn't. But every time I go to a metal chatroom or forum, I'm always slashed for my opinions. I always have idiots telling me that I'm gay because I listen to almost every type of metal, everything from Otep to Children of Bodom to Nuclear Assault to Nightwish to the Berzerker to Cradle of Filth to Emperor to Dark Tranquillity to Nevermore. I couldn't give a shit about genres; I like what I like and I will not apologize for that.

Metalheads always talk about how much they hate posers and then they harass people that are different from them. If I start listening to certain bands just so people won't harass me, doesn't that make me a poser? Ok, I'm babbling, but it's hard to say, about hating posers. Where do you draw the line on what a poser is, and what makes them bad, even as a fan. Fans are great for the bands, some bands deserve that popularity and true devotion.
I like some Slipknot stuff. They don't bother me. But I think the only thing I even own by them, is half of a cd recorded onto a cassette. And I was recently disappointed that I liked the song "Megalomaniac" by Incubus, they had some very terrible songs. I think it's a good song though. Story.
I was dating this guy, and I liked him because he was my opposite, you know?. I liked that we had different tastes. It didn't take but two weeks and he was preaching metal, to me! That sort of just got on my nerves, but I let it slide, for the time being.
Then, I had a friend who gave me a Malevolent Creation tape, "The Ten Commandments" because he just wasn't sure about liking it. I told my boyfriend this, and he immediately pronounced that he didn't like it for the very same reason, (without even listening to the tape). I was thrilled about this album, and rocked it out on a daily basis. When my boyfriend was in the car, he would rock it out too. But it took him a few days to ask me, "this is really, really good, what is it?". I saw everything in a totally different perspective.

I don't know if any of this is making sense.

But I have learned that I don't like to say something totally sucks, or is talentless, unless I have a deep rooted reason for thinking so.
In my recent opinion, I believe that an angry, grounded 14 year old kid writes the lyrics for Linkin Park's songs. A lot of that is because the radio forcefully crams it down your throat, and I just can't stand it any longer. But, I hate it. I can't relate to it, I just don't like it. But I also think that Linkin Park could play music better than I could, I am not a musician. So I don't think they "suck", I would just never willingly participate in listening to them.

Maybe I should just stop writing now, before I get more carried away.

I myself am a death metal head, not your average metal head. I chose to only listen to death metal. Not because I feel other music isn't as good, but because I have yet to find another genre with something i like in it. (With the exception of industrial death metal, but even that genre, the only band I listen to is The Berzerker.) But I would never judge a person by there music. I am also completely straight edge, I have been all my life, and again I don't do this to be above others or whatever, just because I don't believe I need them,and I don't think it could help me in any way. So there are few exceptions to this metalhead theory. I don't like it much when people accuse me (not anyone here on this board, just talking about past experiences.) of being arrogant or self absorbed because of the fact I only listen to one style of music really, and because I chose to abstain from drugs. However I can't really blame others for thinking this way. I know metal heads that accuse people of not being "true" to metal, and I know straight edge kids that outright tell people they are "wrong" for drinking, or smoking. Its because of these people that gives guys like me a bad name. I just have a simple philosophy, do what thou wilt. I am not a judge. I have many nice friends that like to drink and smoke, and many nice friends that listen to nu metal, punk, and whatever other music. It all depends on the person, and there personality, not there interests.

I just dont particularly like people in general, and I've recently had to re-evaluate who my friends are, because so many people seem to be trying to fuck me over.

The main thing thats got to me recently is that all my friend seem to be getting new boyfriends/girlfriends and now they have them they just totally forget about everyone else. they dont have time for any other friends, apart from when they arent with their bf/gf. then when they are alone and its convenient for THEM to see you they want you to do what they want when they want.

My so called best friend has now said shes seeing her GF every weekend so she cant see me no more on weekends. Like shes not even willing to make some time. And i know if they split up she will wanna spend time with me again.

ARgh and the other fucking thing i hate is when they both drag you out cuz they say they want you along with them, then they spend all night just getting off with each other in front of me.

The day of Columbine was probably the one day of the whole year that I didn't wear my trenchcoat for whatever strange reason. Me and my friends were walking to the bus stop a few hours after it happened, and EVERYONE that drove by us gave us this nasty ass look, and slowed down, like they were going to run us over.
I remember, the day after Columbine. I went to my friends school to take the bus home with him, because the only coat he had was a trenchcoat. I figured if he's gonna get fucked with, it might as well be while he's with a friend. Some Christian lady gave me a ride from the bus stop to the school, i've never taken a ride from a stranger before. She preached about God and this and that, but she was otherwise harmless, just brown-nosing for Jesus.
Later that night my friend walked me to the bus stop at like 3:00 a.m., to make sure I made it home ok. Upon walking back to his house, a cop pulled him over, and "routine" searched him, because of the now infamous coat.
A few days after Columbine, I was at a grocery store with my friends, buying laundry detergent, and this guy out of nowhere started cussing at us, mumbling threatening things and denouncing us and then walked off. The guy working the deli saw this, and when he approached the man and asked him what he was doing, he tried to play it like nothing happened, being all cool and shit. What a fucking pussy.

Now I feel bad for Columbine and everything, I mean, the people that died were probably not anyone that the killers may have specifically despised. I think this was indeed a scary thing to happen at a school, these kids were pissed, deranged and may have felt like this was the only solution for their problems. Columbine was totally fucked up, and very shocking.

But the way that people react in the aftermath of terrible things as this makes me want to tell them to "shove your Columbine up your fucking asses!!."
Society was mad. They looked at everything else possible EXCEPT what mattered the most as the cause of this. Spreading around more hate, instead of trying to actually understand and make things better. What else do you expect of your fellow human beings?:p

In Florida, apparently, you can just walk into any gun/rifle shop and walk out with a rifle or other hunting gun, at age 18.

I completely agree about authorities blaming things they didn't "get"... anything different is often misinterpreted as a danger rather than an advantage or an added element to enable you to further understand the broader picture.

I'm probably rambling now but it gets real fucking annoying when I'm treated like a fucking outcast/ social deformity simply because I wear different clothes and listen to different things than the norm.

I don't consider myself racist. But I do get sick of a lot of things about particular cultures. America bothers me a lot. We cater to the needs of others, more than we do our own problems.
We have so many mexicans here it is amazing. But what bothers me, is that instead of having them learn our language to better help the whole of the community, as far as who lived here first, we pamper them through living here. We are putting everything in Spanish. Jobs that would be readily available to a local, are being set aside for those that speak both languages.
I guess I just feel in my stubborn american way, that I would much rather learn a new language if I had a reason, say, if I were going to another country to speak to the natives there, not going down the block to a drive thru to get something to eat.

Me and two friends of mine were at this antique store sort of downtown. I bought a cool old rusty straight razor, and some other junk for sale. What I forgot to buy was an old antique key, they were like $3. Instead of going back in, we went next door to check their store out. We were in there for MAYBE 15 seconds and the old guy said, "Ma'am, ma'am, you need to leave with that WORD on your shirt." Like he could smell it on me, he stopped in mid conversation with a customer he was talking to.
