hahaha, i was actually going to edit that to make you say that your addicted to anal sex with Glan Benton, but i didn't. I am disapointed to see that on our forum but oh well, i am taking an hour break from my guitar so for boredoms sake, i will go with this one. I am sure that you want to see tons of posts fighting with you about this but i know everybody is sick of dealing with politics and we just have to deal for another 4 years. I'll start off by saying that am i, like everybody else in the world, am againt Bush and the entire religous reign in our office but would actually like to know what ideas have inspired you to be a supportor of him because i have never actually had a conversation with a Bush supportor without them randomly spouting out ignorant comments, so please enlighten me, seriously. I know what my reasons are for being against him but would like to hear yours. Everyone i have talked to that supprts him have all reasons because of their moral values when it comes to god so i would like to hear some reasons from someone that is into deathmetal that obviosly is not religous. If you are religous, then please don't post again on this thread cause no one wants to hear it. I for one, support abortion and think that it is wrong that he will have it illegal as a whole by 2006. I also support the scientific research that he is outlawing that would have prevented disease. I also don't agree with the outlawing of stem cell reseach. I am obviosly going with just the big issues here becuase i can't type all day. Most importantly i am against the war because i don't feel that the deaths of thousands americans are justified. Most people that support Bush, i have found, don't have many freinds over their. You might, i am not implying that you don't, but most don't. Everyone of my freinds that have made it back so far have said it was bullshit and that we had no idea what we were doing their. I would take their word over anyone who has not gone. I am all for individual rights so what i would like to hear from you in your response is this: why you support the outlawing of abortion, why you support the outlawing of stem cell research which i feel is necessary, why you think mine and your freinds are dying in Irac when they don't even know why they are their. Please don't reply ranting and raving, i want to hear honest answers.

I think the 59,000,000+ people who voted for him discredits that statement.

One of the reasons I voted for Bush is the issue of moral values, though I am not a religious person. I don't believe in the existence of God, nor do I follow any religion. However, I oppose gay marriage and abortion. I think they are issues that are beyond religion. I don't think you need to be a religious person in order to live a "moral" life, and in my opinion, the brutal murder of unborn children isn't something that should be allowed. I completely oppose the idea of gay marriage (as does your boy Kerry)/gay civil unions/and homosexuality in general. Like President Bush, I do not oppose stem cell research, but I believe it's something we have to be careful about. The fact you posted saying that Bush has "out lawed" stem cell research leads me to believe that you, like many who oppose Bush, don't really know what is going on. President Bush was the first president to provide federal funding for stem cell research.

How isn't it "justified." Who are you to say what they're fighting for and dying for isn't "justified?"
I personally think fighting to make this country safer and to make the people of Iraq safer is a rather noble cause.
There isn't a doubt in my mind that this country is better off with Saddam out of power.
The simple truth of this election was that no matter whom you voted for, not much would change in Iraq. They both supported this war for the same reasons. The only difference is that Kerry was the challenger and could make empty promises.

thanks for responding in a sophisticated manner on this, you make alot of sense on what you beleive in, i just don't agree with any of it because of my different veiws on morals and the war. I hate politics but just wanted your opions, so thanks.

Even the states Kerry won, Bush still did pretty well in. Like NY. Bush won most of this state, except for like NYC (and even then, he still won Staten Island). A lot of places like NJ and PA were extremely close this year. If Bush would have taken the time to campaign around here more, he would have won by even more electoral votes.
Plus, in the end, even the morons who voted for Kerry are probably smarter than everyone in your country.

It's funny how Bush's greatest losing disparity was in the state where he works. DC was 10% for Bush. It's equally amusing how Bush won all the redneck states and lost all the civilized states.
Time for another civil war - The United States of Canada vs. JesusLand.

Abortion: I DO agree that it is CRIMINALLY irresponsible, but making it illegal won't stop it from occuring. It will simply make the abortions that DO occur very dangerous.
BTW: The source of all those nasty photos Prolifers shove around is primarily ILLEGAL abortions. - Overturn Roe(?) vs. Wade and you can look forward to a lot more of that.

I´m asking:
How can someone vote for bush, but then at the same time listenig to the most society hurting, brutal (maybe even "terroristic" in a spiritual way) and evil kind of music that exists?
That will ever be a great mystery to me! Here in Germany noone understands that "support the army and your country" shit! Here we listen to death metal, cause we HATE the fucking army, rich and mighty people and other crap like this!!!!!!!

i don't think since BUSH declared the war OVER in Iraq there has been a day where innocent Iraqis haven't been killed by the insurgents. and hasn't more American soldiers died during this period than during the actual war ? to me that doesn't sound like safety
the fact that Bush is so strongly against the “brutal” killing of an unborn chilled , yet is all for sending away 18,19,20 year old “kids” off to die for their country in a land they should never have set foot on in the first place is something don’t is something i can’t understand
Sadam Never really posed much of a threat on the lively hoods of any average every day American.
the invasion of Iraq hasn't made America any more safer than it was before they invaded. perhaps made them selves more enemies in the process though.
the fact is the only reason bush is in office is because of his name and his fundamental Christian beliefs

I'm to the point where I don't give a shit about gay marriage. If they want to get married, let em, it won't bother me. More women for all of us right? hahaha.
Abortion I think is okay as long as it's real soon after like within the first 2 months of pregnancy. Shit shouldn't be allowed after that. Though if you really think about it, you're killing a living being... Something that will be a growing human being that will have a life just like all of us. If the girl is a slut and keeps getting preggo and then getting abortions that is wrong. If a girl accidentally get's preggo while practicing safe sex then I see less of a problem.

Crucified If you have any morality you will not allow innocent women and children being killed by "blessed" bombs (in the most perverse case bombs on which is written "fuck you", "go home" or some other shit)

I'm not really sure why you bothered to post a pro Bush thread on the forum of a band from MA, and therefore obviously opposed to Bush. I don't think that your political ideas are even vaguely intelligent. How can you support a president who, apart from other things, is an illiterate moron, bases his decisions on the bible (we have a lovely thing going in the US called separation of church and state) is fiscally irresponsible (landing us in massive debt) and doesn't believe in basic human rights (anti-gay is just as bad as anti-black).
