I am fucking very impressed. I figured they were gonna go weak ass like Dillenger did but holy shit, this is their best cd by far. Or at least thats my opinion which means about nothing. Anyways, heavy shit.

Well, I have to disagree about DEP. I think they're new CD is the best shit they've recorded.
Anyway, yeah, the new PxDx is fucking incredible. And I get to see them again tomorrow night!

I was thinking about taking the drive out for it but no one would join along. I saw them in Maryland and it was pretty damn amazing.
Yeah, I get in arguments with my friends all the time about the new Dillenger, hahaha. I think I am one sided with it though because I love their older material so much. It definately it a better album as far as production and everything of that sort but for my tastes, I like the older material.

Their older shit is great too, but the new CD just has a lot more variety to it.
What did you think of their EP with Patton?

I will love anything Patten does. I missed him on tour with Razel, that must of been pretty fucked up to see. I heard they did all their sets entirely improved.

I will agree with you on the fact that the new Dillenger has more variety. The new singer just doesn't settle right with me.

I went to the show @ Irving Plaza here, fucking incredible. One of the coolest performances I've ever seen. Words can't even really do it justice. Hopefully they tour together some more.
Everything Patton does is great, but Bungle will always be the best.

Honestly, the first time I heard it I thought the exact same thing. I thought he was trying too hard to be Dimitri at parts, and trying too hard to be Patton at parts. The more I listened though, the more I dug it. I think it just takes a little time to grow on you, because I think he's perfect for them now.

I figured you were talking about Bungle.
More metal bands need to acknowledge the greatness that is Mr. Bungle, probably one of the greatest bands of our time.

Yeah, it's a DVD-audio disc. It's like a 30 minute + long song.
A Note about the DVD-audio disc Natasha
The dvd audio disc for Natasha is not a standard DVD-Audio disc in that it doesn't meet certain criteria that that need to be met for us to call it that. So, to avoid confusion (and since 5.1 surround audio is relatively new to the metal scene), I feel it's important to break this disc down for you so you can figure out what configuration is good for you.
First off, we're hoping you at least have your dvd player hooked up to your stereo and aren't simply listening to it through your TV's speakers. Their are stereo versions of this track at a higher bitdepth/sample rate (24 bit/48kHz) than a normal cd (which is 16bit/44.1kHz) so that even if you choose that option, you will experience the track with increased dynamic range and resolution even if it isn't in 5.1 surround sound.
Basically, if your dvd player has a "DVD-Audio" logo on it, Natasha will come up with a different menu than if it only has a "Dolby Digital" logo. If this is the case for you, then you need to make sure your receiver accepts the 6 analog inputs that your DVD player has 6 separate outputs for, because the DVD-Audio stream will not go properly through the normal optical or coax digital outputs you use for DD or DTS 5.1. Obviously, the DVD-A 5.1 stream is the best possible way to hear this track, as it's not compressed like it is with Dolby Digital.
If your DVD player does NOT have a DVD-Audio logo on it, then you will get the Dolby Digital menu options of DD 5.1 surround OR uncompressed 24bit/48kHz stereo. Obviously, if you don't have 5 surround speakers and a sub set up, then don't select the surround option (don't laugh, a lot of people don't know what surround is yet. . .you'll see some DVD-Audio discs being marketed as "5.1 stereo surround", which is an oxy-moron).
If you have any questions about this disc or need help, email NATSHA@visceralsound.com.
Thanks
Scott Hull

I've never been a fan of PxDx. So naturally, I don't really like this. They are just one of those bands that I just don't get the hype about. Same as Nasum, really.
I've been listening to the new Splatterhouse full-length lately, that fucking crushes!

I can't wait for Nosebleed to start touring. I'm curious to see what Dave is gonna to with them, hahaha. I really can't picture any drummer pulling some of that shit off.

Yeah, I got the Prowler shirt too. I'm so metal.
I'm not sure if the story of getting the guys shirt off is funny or just a little bit gay, lol.
