Faulty DVD

I've just (finally) got the DVD, from Amazon.co.uk, and was horrified to find that it was faulty! It plays only in black and white on my PS2, and not at all on the PC, and the disc itself is a bit of a mess. I went on to Amazon's website and for faulty products they say it's best to contact the maker, so if anyone can give me the appropriate e-mail, I would be very grateful.

I was working on the basis that it was possibly NTSC or to do with the all region thing as it only plays B&W on my DVD player but perfectly on my PC

Don't think so - the DVD is region 0, but it doesn't say anywhere if its PAL or NTSC (being in the UK, all my stuff is PAL). But as I said, I think its because the disc itself came in a pretty bad state.
