Hey all just wanted to say thanks to everyone that came out to the shows in Texas! We had a blast and met tons of cool new people! Whats weird is that every show was killer, in every tiny little town... EXCEPT the last two in the big cities, Dallas and Houston. They were alright shows with decent turn outs but you'd think in those big cities there would a be a metal scene!? Anyone from these cities care to comment? Anyone that seen the shows care to comment?

Anyone that might have attended one of these shows and might have got pictures of Fleshgrind, could you send them on over to fleshgrind@fleshgrind.com with your name from credit! Thank you!

And thanks to these bands for helping us out along the way...Dead For Days, Skinned, Memo & Slow Grind, Aaron & Exulcerate, Kill The Client, Excidium, Raymond & Infliction, Robert & Texecution, To Scale The Throne, Crimson Massacre, Jeff & End To End, Joe, Justin & Victimas, Cadaveric Engorgement,Chris & Gored, Zig & Images Of Violence, Chris & Murder Cycle, Zero Cell, Catastrophe, and all the cool people who made it all possible!

Hopefully soon we'll have pics and vids from the tour available on our website, as soon as I can con that stuff from Dead For Days...

Man...Fleshgrind played an awesome show here in Laredo along with Dead For Days. The turn out was beeeeyouteeefullll.

I can't wait to see you guys again in Texas, especially Laredo! We'll be ready for another round of pure fucking brutality! \m/

Slasher, Heretik.... is there even a scene in NYC anymore? I dont talk to any of the same people I used to talk to back a few years ago, I figured they fell off the face of the earth... I mean, with the bigger cities its almost like the scene has died out, the smaller cities seem to appreciate a good metal show more.... so what do you guys think?

Rick, thanks for coming out to the show, Laredo was by far the best show of the tour! Thats twice we've played there and twice its been amazing! Cant wait to come back and we're planning on going over the border and playing there too! We sold out of new Fleshgrind discs in Laredo so any bands reading this, go to Laredo, Texas! It will be a great show! Thanks man!

I heard many good things about your shows here in Texas, just wish an Austin show had been booked. Next time man, I'll do what I can to help book a venue here in Austin.

p.s. Next time you are booking in Houston and Dallas, get ahold of us to do the promoting. We'll do all we can to help get the word out. Some promotors don't cover the right crowd for bands like Fleshgrind. That's why we are here (www.extremetexasmetal.com)

We were supposed to do Austin, but something happened, I dont quite remember, but it was cancelled somewhere along the line... hopefully next time.... but wasnt that South By Southwest fest going on in Austin like that first weekend we were out there?

ACK!! sxsw. yeah it was going on. I tried to help book the show at the Backroom, but we found out later that that date was already booked :(

NEXT TIME!!

p.s. Have you heard about a show we are putting together in November over in San Antonio with Christ (Goreblaster Productions)? It would be badass to see you all there!

There is a metal scene in Houston, unfortunately (not to bad mouth the promoter you worked with) a lot of people didn't hear about the show until the day before or after. That was a major complaint I heard. :(

Yea Im not too familiar with the promoter we worked with, I know it was kinda last minute but there was enough time to get the word out. Don't get me wrong we had a great time in Houston meeting the bands and everyone was super cool. Hopefully next time more people will get up off their asses and get out to the shows!

there is always next time... hehe

That's why we are here (www.extremetexasmetal.com) yes, and if it's who i think promoted this show (Pit Bulls) they didn't exactly get it in the know. the problem is the only places in which they can promote it (stores anyways) are way the fuck in frisco. that's another thing i'd like to apologize for to the band...... i'm sorry how shitty the turn out was for the in store thing, because Fleshgrind definately deserves more than what they got there. i wish i could've gone too, but i was out of town if i remember correctly. Justin (guy who works there) told me about it though.

Hey bro...glad to hear that you guys will coming to our city, make sure that you bring all the merchandise.
By the way...does Eko mention who will be the opener act for Fleshgrind ? or you just play without any local performance ?
