okay,so far,*CRISIS* are still pretty underground.they are all very down to earth/cool as fuck to talk to.
the whole idea of keeping things underground restricts the band/artist in a way that prevents them from getting exposure, money, and the ability to expand their horizons.
having them so close to us is a way of keeping them in our inner circle.
so once they hit it big (per se),what's gonna happen?
if they all cut their hair and clean up their image are they sellouts like so many people claimed on metallica? if they experiment even more with their sound is it selling out? they make the cover of rollingstone or spin magazine - they have less time for their fans,etc...will there still be the support like before? what constitutes a sell out?
just a question about the future for *CRISIS* and their fans.
i think if they became a barber shop quartet i'd be royally embarassed

if they hit it big, its cuz theyve been doing what theyve done all along. i hope they hit big so i can go see more shows and longer sets.

theyve done experimenting all along...hell, some even call them experimental metalcore, or whatever

i think theyll never change a whole lot enough to be like metallica(change-wise). i see them in comfort zone right now, and the only reason they might change is because theyre bored, and theyll probably quit before drastically changing.....especially a barbershop quartet

Crisis has always been a band to follow their heart. It is evident in their music and their passion. They love what they do and they want to show the world. Sure, it would be nice to make some money, too, but they are not out to become rockstars. They just want to share the beauty of their creation and be able to live it, too.
The band has experimented in the past and gone down several different paths. It has allowed them to grow and develop as individuals, as musicians, and as a band. They have evolved into the amazing piece of artistry that they are currently because of the paths that they have taken in their lives. It seems to many, including them, that all the pieces have finally come together...
Those of us who have watched the band's development have always appreciated their ability to stay grounded, even in the face of adversity, criticism, or stardom. They have always stayed true to themselves, never changing just for the sake of money, the industry, or what someone tells them to do. What is done is done because that is what the feel is the right thing to do in the moment. I admire their honesty with themselves, and I think it is the unique quality of this band that keeps them so approachable.
They love what they do and we love them!

Right on Jackie!!!
I always hate when people start yelling sellout the second a band gets some notoriety. If the goal was fame and money, they would never have taken the route they are on in the first place so I doubt we have anything to worry about.

metallica was the biggest sellout ever. a band can be successful, creative, WITHOUT compromising themselves. metallica was able to do that......... until the going got tough.

whatever album!!!!!
I wouldn't consider that selling out----unless they did it just for money----like Metallica!!!
