in regards to pics. you'll want a site that will allow you to hotlink. try photobucket.com it's free and it lets you use images for message boards, blogging, personal whatever.

hit the IMG tag up there. then insert the url of the pic that you uploaded onto photobucket (or if you have a site you already use that allows you to post pics offsite. i also have a homestead account which allows this) etc. etc. and it should show up.
