The only slight downside I could see to this fest is if people up north were on the fence of going to MDF they would just choose this. Certainly not like it's going to hurt MDF in the slightest considering how much it continually grows. 2 fests = more solid support for the foreign bands.

Doesn't Fuck Fest also have bands that are on MDF?
