Hello, I'm new on the forum. I just want to tell you guys you're the best. I found you guys in a huge metal list on Warez-BB. There were like 500+ albums and I randomly picked you guys and ever since I'm addicted to your music.

I hope to see you on top soon on concerts like Wacken or so... Greetz from Belgium!

It seems like a lot of people have found out about DRED through warez sites. If you do a Google search for our EP (http://www.google.com.au/search?q=DRED+%22path+to+extinction%22) it's easy to see how this could be the case.

I think it's awesome that people are sharing our music. It would seem that some people like yourself even enjoy listening to it! It's great exposure for us, and it's something which fans just do with out us having to lift a finger. Though this was before my time, I imagine it's analogous to people recording cassette tapes of their favorite bands and sharing it with their friends, but on a massive scale.

Any thoughts?

I think personally you should go out of Australia if you get some big. I'm sure you guys are getting well-known in australia but trust me, I haven't found anyone yet in Belgium who know you guys, and I know lotz of metalheads so... But I must say; everyone that listens to your music are really suprised how good you guys are and don't get it why you're not on top.

I live in Ypres btw, it's a city with around 30,000 people but with a good hardcore and metal scene. We also got a local metal-pub who organises some gigs from time to time and they also organise the biggest hardcore festival of europe. If you ever would like to come play in our small city, tell me!

A friend of mine is also 'boss' of a metal E-zine and they organise every year a metal-fest wich is growing quite big for it's second year. If you would ever be intrested tell me! I want to help you guys get famous because that's the least Dred deserve:emot-blin

Hahaha, sounds awesome Apoc. We may just have to take you up on your offer!

Still, this will be something we'll look into after the full length is ready to go. As I'm sure you can appreciate, it's very costly to do this kind of tour. To make it worth while we need a release of some kind to promote.

Thanks for the kind words Apoc. It is definitely in our plans to go to Europe but as Dave said that can only happen after the full length is released.
