CDBABY works great, and they will get your tunes on iTunes and all the other digital download services like them.

Also, you can set up a merchant account on Amazon.com and sell them there. It's very easy to do it.

And of course, direct sales from yer web site with a PayPal account works. Maximize your opportunities, and use several different avenues.
