new bass speakers

[Dont hurt me]

i burned out a speaker in my ashdown 210 combo and would like to replace it or them with a nicer set for ~$100 each. i was looking at the carvin speakers but i'm not sure about any other kinds or where to find them. does anyone know what's good? the head on the combo is 307 watts solid state.
