Should i get VHT 2902 or a Mesa 2:100?

Tone im trying to get is ATB.../Consume the forsaken.

Any input is welcome.

Because i want a thicker tone. I hear people with mesa's and those things sound full a fuck! Plus the power amp i have now isn't cutting it so I'm upgrading regardless.

can a VHT 2/50/2 cut it in a live situation or should i just get the 2/90/2
