You guys have the best merch process out of all of the bands I've bought from. I ordered an awesome zip hoodie (which is beyond awesome by the way) on Monday, and it got to me Wednesday. I couldn't believe you guys shipped it out the same day I ordered it. No other band has ever done that, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for me to get something.
And it's a small detail, but when you wrote "Thanks, Josh- GT" on the back of the package, it really felt nice knowing that you cared about your fans, even if it is just three words.
So thank you, Genghis Tron, for being not only amazing musicians, but for being awesome people.
