ok, so I'm regretting ordering from them now. I still haven't got the CD, now they said it would take maybe a few weeks...but I tried to cancel the order yesterday cause I got sick of waiting and got an e-mail from James Mattern (who is the ceo/president according to the email I got) that said "orders are not cancelable". I got it pretty quick so it was probably one of those automatic responses. I found out brutal bands has the CD in stock on their web store so if you don't have it yet get it from there instead. now I'll probably have two copies of the same CD. which isn't that big of a deal, I'm just frustrated that I can't cancel the order and get my money back.

a guy on another forum I post at ordered from there too. he lives in sweden, and grated overseas orders take awhile, but it's been a month since he ordered and he's tried to contact them multiple times and has gotten no response. read the thread here...
