so a lot of us own the VAMP for guitar, but does anyone have the one for bass? I was thinking of dropping the cash on one cause for $100, why not? I have no room for an actual bass head/cab and bass in "usually" recorded DI, so I'm wondering how good the VAMP is for bass. anyone got any clips?

*EDIT* FUCK! "VAMP for bass" I mean.

I've been thinking about dropping some loot on one too.

I have no means of recording myself. I want to pick one up. Also a firepod what else would I need ? Like I said before if your playing dm, effects are pretty detracting. Like distortion fits good for stoner/black metal. Delay/reverb for more tripped out stuff.

apparently its good stuff. i love the line 6 pod, reckon its easier getting good bass sound out of those boxes than guitars

For the price it's great. The construction isn't very durable but it should be fine if you're just using it for recording. Some pretty decent tones, nothing mind blowing but decent.

Get the SansAmp bass driver for DI recording, IMO.
