Can someone point me In the direction of those awesome live vids featuring Mark tearing shit up on his Jazz kit with BTBAM? They used to be hosted on a site called samarcoshardcore.com which doesn’t exist now.
I believe the recent spate of Noobs on this forum Need to witness these vids to 'further' their education on the band. They played Use Of a Weapon, Camilla Rhodes and More of Myself To Kill in what looked like a school classroom or something. Marks Kit was so small yet had such a tight crisp sound. I’ve never seen Paul move so much on stage before and I think in part, It was due to Castillo. Sick.

No Metalvette, that's not them.
I've got those videos you're talking about. I can upload them if people want.
Mark Castillo is the best drummer that ever played with BTBAM, IMAO (in my awesome opinion), haha. 'The Silent Circus', as well as those(and more) videos are undeniable proof of that. To object and substitute any alternative other than Will Goodyear, would be ridiculous.
shit i should probably post this vid of shevanel from like 2004 with mark playin...probably the best shevanel vid i've seen to be modest....tee hee lolz

Camilla Rhodes is the third one. Tommy is wearing a ridiculous hat throughout the entire song, haha, it's quite funny really. But yeah... I'd totally kill you all if it meant I could go back in time and see btbiggitybam during this "era". I really would.

the will goodyear era was a good era. been there, done that... i've seen everyone of their line-ups (even the elusive drummer from the North that filled in for a couple of shows) and heard most every song live. got most of it on video too. i was there in 98 when PFC played shows for 100 kids.

i, too, have seen them with every lineup.
the elusive drummer you're talking about is michael howard reig.. he was will's first replacement.

i'd have to agree.. mark castillo was most definately my favorite drummer that BTBAM has had.. not hating on blake cuz blake is nasty.. but my personal preference is with mark castillo.

mark castillo didn't do studio work, though? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Silent_Circus) that's cool.
blake is a good drummer, but doesn't even touch the creativity whomever the fuck drummed on TSC.

Mark is the drummer on TSC. Whoever put Jason (he drummed for a tour or two between TSC and Alaska) in the wikipedia is a fucking idiot.

you're the man, man. good call.
i definitely think that blake is by far the best drummer btbam has ever had, no disrespect to the others of course, you have to be amazing to play drums in this band, but godamn blake is a human metronome!

Mark Castillo was fucking sick when I saw them on the 1st TSC tour, but I'd have to say that I like Blake a lot more.
