I think that dude cloudscollide said they were being sent out a week or so ago, not sure if he ever got them though.

Nope. Never got it. I don't think Victory sent it out yet. Honestly, if they were sent out and I'd be getting one, it'd be leaked around the same day or night because I don't think Victory's promos are protected or watermarked. So who knows...we could see a leak before I even get anything.
