This might be a bit vague, but does anyone have any tips for mastering for vinyl? I know that vinyl has quite a bias towards certain frequencies, and that certain bass frequencies can cause problems with the stylus, but my knowledge is fairly limited in this area.

Sorry, havent been around. The guy that cuts the vinyl will have a limiter and an eq there that he might use. Otherwise we generally master for CD and that usually works unless there are a lot of bass or super high frequencies. Also leaving a bit more dynamics in the recording is a good idea. Theres not much to it from this end.
