Cheers from Venezuela,

Henrik, is there any chance you are coming to south america (specially Venezuela) in the near future? I'm an Anata devoted fan...and I can tell you have quite a numbre of fan around here. Maybe you have heard this many times but I'll say it anyway...Anata is close to perfection, there isn't a band like you guys these days..hope all you projects can reach the success you desire...

Cheers...

Hey there, I would say that the chance of ANATA coming to South America soon is very small...We would love to go there but when it comes to flight tickets it's way to expensive and we have to be supported financially. We get request like yours all the time (especially trom the US) and it's very frustating to know that a lot of people wish to see us perform in their country when we don't have the financial ability (or support from those who could make it happen) to go there. Hopefully it will all happen after the next album. Anyway, thanks for the support!
/Henrik

Thanks a lot for your answer Henrik ...many important bands such as yourself are coming to Venezuela, mostly thanks to the efforts of indenpendent event producers. If there is any chance to make reality the possibility for the next Anata album, and according to you demands regading flight tickets, stay, equipment and so, would be a dream come true for all we love you art. I'll try to keep in touch...once again best regards and best wishes for all Anata's family...

Venezuela would be one thing, but Mérida is another, haha!! Huebon!!!

When was the last time an international deathmetal band played Mérida? I think Divine Empire played a club show in Ccs, no?

Anyway, in the current climate of the music biz, I see it as less and less likely that the label (i.e. Earache/WickedWorld in this case) fork-up money to pay for a touring adventure like that. To be fair, there needs to be a financial incentive to do something like that... And let's face it, there ain't.
