So, I've been writing all my new material on acoustic guitar. I feel that this will definitely keep the musical aspect to the new songs. It brings a new feel to my playing and allows for some openness in the writing.

I havent been able to afford an amp for 3 months, and have been writing everything that way. I played yesterday on one, and im loving whats coming out.
