i wish i could've seen that lineup live.

the best lineup i saw was the shane blay, jason roe, and kevin whats his name, right after TSC came out. what a great show. soooo many good songs.

Only the new line up would create an 8 song CD that is 65 minutes long though. I think this new line up is the most talented by far. I know none of us have heard this beast yet but i'm pretty sure it's ganna slay anything they've ever done. Like I mentioned awhile ago too...I heard there are some songs over 11 minutes or some shit like that. It's ganna be epic.

not looking to be flamed, but if one is in order, so be it.

Eleven minute songs are only good if you can do them. They're gonna need to buckle down and write very coherent songs with a very clear message and expression. They've kind of walked that line before, and no one wants to hear 11 minutes of random interludes, so hopefully they realize this and really worked hard before deciding to lengthen the songs.

Opeth and Forest of Shadows are the only bands who should make songs over 8 minutes long.
